Research Introduction

From targeted research, we will determine whether the iCPALMS Pathway impacts teachers’

  • awareness and use of NSDL and other collections

  • awareness, implementation, and assessment of Florida standards, 21st Century Skills, and Standards for the 21st Century Learner

  • planning practices

  • the perceived barriers and supports to continued use. The research conducted in the project is designed to complement overall project evaluation.

Using focus groups of users we will use qualitative measures to determine whether the system is intuitive and identify weaknesses. Professional development and revisions to the system will be informed by this data.
